The Invitation

This wood sculpture calls us to answer needs of others. Within the larger structure of a fish is the net of hunger we are all caught in and our need to be side by side with solutions to that hunger.The glass set in the piece suggests fish going into the water answering the invitation. They are entering into continual movement with undivided celebration, not concentrating on their own needs but the needs of others.
