Beyond theTomb

Very early in the morning three woman Mary Magdalene, Salome, and Mary the mother of James or (Put your name and your friends names in the blanks) _______, _____, and _______are making their way to the tomb. Filled with despair we encounter the angel and hear the message to go out beyond the tomb. We are told not to dwell on death only. We are invited to tell the risen story that needs to be shared. 

This welcoming angel does not leave us helpless but points the way to gifts that the Spirit provides.These gifts become our center focus and means to carry us beyond. With earth and sky meeting in the cross, we are transformed into flowing waters, bubbling up inside, to nourishment. Our despair makes room for hope. Finding things dead in our hearts the angel fills us with a fabulous narrative of life.

The invitation to join the woman presents us with many questions to ponder. Who is it that we will first share our integration with? What is the cost of this vision poured out?  Where will the message take us?  We need to check with the Gardener and these mysteries will be solved.
